Samir Arora, MD, is a physician-entrepreneur and clinical research executive with more than 25 years of experience building and scaling high-quality research organizations. Before starting Assured, Dr. Arora founded and scaled Aventiv Research into a nationally recognized, multi-site organization, and later served as Chief Growth Officer at Centricity Research, where he led expansion, integration, and operational alignment across one of North America's largest clinical research networks. A practicing physician and Principal Investigator, Dr. Arora has overseen hundreds of clinical research initiatives across multiple disciplines.

Grazia Cannon, MSN, APRN-CNP, is an advanced practice nurse and clinical research executive with extensive experience spanning ICU care, outpatient practice, and large-scale clinical trial operations. She has held senior leadership roles at Aventiv Research and Centricity Research, where she helped scale multi-site research networks, operationalize medical services, and support investigators and sponsors across numerous therapeutic areas. With a strong foundation in patient care and regulatory compliance, Grazia is known for building collaborative, high-performing teams and advancing efficient, high-quality clinical research in community settings.
